Guess what??? Even though GM no longer carries the original plugs, the manufacturer of the plugs does!!! I went to their site:
http://www.caplugs.com/, and posted a question about the original part number. They responded promptly, and they even sent me a bag with SIX plugs FOR FREE!!!!!!
So, there is hope! I received my free 'samples' and installed the missing one I needed. It fit very snug, just like brand new!
