AC Compressor Replace

AC Compressor Replace

The AC compressor is getting a bit loud. Injected some PAG, but did not make a difference. Wont do anything now, but who knows how long it will last. Are there any instructions on how to replace the AC compressor once the system has been evacuated?

I don't have any, but am sure I saw a post on the topic this spring.
Did you try an advanced search?

Would like some pics though :-)
Maybe I will take some if I decide to do it...

Remove freon
Drain radiator
Remove belts
Remove radiator hoses
Remove battery
Remove plastic battery shield
Remove water pump
Remove compressor ( Remove passenger wheel for easy access to bolts )
remove accumilator
remove orifice
