Question about 'Trip', 'Fuel', 'Reset' etc lights
I was going to pull the cluster out today because two of my lights where the trip. fuel, reset, etc are out. (or maybe its just 1 light that illuminates 2 of those, I'm not sure how its setup ) Can someone tell me if I can replace these bulbs (ie their just standard bulbs) or are these LED's that are built into the circuit board like the a/c panel are. I'd hate to pull the whole dash out and then find out that I can't replace them
Thanks for the link but what I was really wonderin is if I can pick up a stock bulb pretty much anywhere (ie radio shack) or are they a special order type item. I'd just hate to take everything apart and then have to wait a few days because I had to order the bulb. I guess the real question is what type of bulb do these take?

I haven't checked to see if the auto parts stores are carrying these types of bulbs, if not any GM dealer should have them in stock. The GM part number should be 16056613. The bulb is mounted in a small plastic "carrier" and the new bulb comes that way too. Just put a small flat blade screwdriver in the slot and turn 1/4 turn counter-clockwise then just pull it straight out. Very easy once the switch is out and you have access to it.
