I upload my pictures to phtobucket.com then use the image link. paste the image link into the thread. It will show up as text with an [IMG] in the front of the url address.
Photobucket also is a good way to organize your photos and once you get them all uploaded, it's alot faster than having to reload every time you want to post a pic.
