Only Intercool?
I am boldly assuming this has never been asked on CV :-)
Could you install an intercooler without any Supercharger or Turbo, and get the car to breath colder air? Does the intercooler require pressure such that it can't simply sit in front of the throttle body?
My car runs so much better on cool air, that this kind of thing would be worth it.

You would have to custom make it considering an intercooler kinda sorta bolts up to a turbo/supercharger system. To answer your questions just get a CAI like vararam to get colder air. IMHO it would be dumb.
