stalling problem

stalling problem
99 c5 battery went dead recharged battery and now vehicle will run fine when ideling in park but when you put the car in gear and move the car will stall when u start moving no clue why any ideas or help would be great

Sounds like your anti theft or valet driving mode (forget what it's called exactly) is kicking on. Try to remove the key for 10 seconds and try to move it again.
I have had the guys at the car wash do the same thing with mine. Car idles fine, then when you try to move it, it stalls. Removed the key, let it sit then started it up and no problems.

I just ran out to the garage and removed the key. (it's dark and late)
I'll try to drive it again tomorrow
This should be in tech tips or something.
