Faulty Active Handeling ???
Start with the tires .... correct pressure ??? how old are they ???
If tires OK, check for suspension issues. Are the tie-rods worn out ?? Are there any obvious loose bolts in the suspension ??? Check the mounting bolts for the anti-sway bars .... I had one back out that gave me a "weird" feeling when cornering.
Last, check wheel bearings. Usually they get noisy when they are starting to fail, so listen for any "unusual" noises, especially if the noise gets better or worse when cornering.

I would also have alignment checked. What you seem to be having is called transient handling problems, which is when you initially change the direction of the car.
