Default What HP too expect w/header/CAI install ?

Hi Guys,

My thoughts keep going to a header & CAI install on my '03 A4 coupe w/3.90 DTE stage 2 rear, GHL catback & Vig 2800 stall. FLP did a basic tune & the car runs VERY well I think. I know the car is +/- 290 RWHP somewhere & honestly I'm a bit skeptical of the header gains I see posted all the time. What should I expect for gains w/LG's or the supermaxx system & is it "really" worth it w/out heads & cam in these cars.

I made the mistake of looking at stock RWHP of the new '08's & I need to stay away from a new car...

30 - 40 HP would be nice / even better would be torque gains. This may be the way to go & then rims/better tires. Thanks for the replys !
