Have you gotten your car back to The Vette Doctors for programming yet? I'm very interested in seeing your numbers after they reprogram cause I'm having their Rx450 done to my car and want to know what to expect from it.

Thanks

Not for the program. Somehow I blew third gear and they're working on that first. I'm also getting out of my stock clutch setup, but I haven't decided what to go with yet. After they fix the transmission they'll get to work on the program. Carmen told me they'll get the power out of my car for sure, so I trust that they will. They won't give me the car back until it's 100% so I'll post the Dyno #s as soon as they are done. :smash:

I've seen them get around 430 rwhp out of a H&C ZO6 before so I hope to be close.

Which car is yours? I've seen a few Z28s there.

I have a Black 2000 Z-28. I only have a few mods. Nothing too big yet but I am seriously considering the Rx450 along with some suspension, Ls6 manifold, 1.8 RR, and a Cartek Clutch.

thanks

I'm looking for a new exhaust. How do you like your SLPs? I like to hear the tone even at idle. I just don't want to go deaf cruising at 70. The Corsas are way too quiet for me at Idle and light throttle. The PRTs are a little better, and I've never heard the Xr-1's or the SLPs. When all the mods are done and all the numbers are in, it's the exhaust tone that brings it all together for me.

So far I love my SLP Loudmouth!!! It's a great exhaust, good quality, loud a WOT and it has a great tone at idle. The drone of the exhaust isn't as bad as people make it out to be when cruising at like 70. You can still hear it but it's not like you wouldn't be able to the radio or have a conversation with someone like some people believe. Maybe one day we can met up and you can listen or take a ride. I'd love to hear and see your Vette. I love the ZO-6. Wish I could afford one.

I'm sure we'll see each other. I live in W.I. also, near the Hospital. I am leaning to the XR1s, but I'll wait till The Vette Docs finish all the other work and the programing till I put them on.

Cool you'll see me around town. I have an SLP Performance Banner on the windshield. Hope to see and hear you around.
