With the key in the off position, try pulling on the steering wheel to the left hard with both hands. While still applying pressure on the wheel, turn the key to the on position.
After this you will need to read the stickies at the top of the page and a run a search. This can be a long drawn out affair.

If you can't get the column to unlock you are screwed and will have to have car towed to chevy dealer. Bypass does not work once sterring column has locked.
If you get it unlocked take it immediately to chevy dealer and have fixed per most recent recall, which is number 3.

Thank guys yea i got to unlock by turing the car on jerking the wheel left to right that turn in to the start and got it that way how can i prevent this happen to her 01 again thank you

Try disconnecting battery and charging it up for a while and then reconnecting.
