newbie ls1 cam ?
i heard you can change the cam in as ls1 without removing the heads? and if you can would the stock lifters be ok with only 50k on the car. im tryin to avoid geting heads becouse im going to go with a 408 in future and dont know what heads im going to use. im thinking of geting the texas speed #4 cam 239/242-649/609-11lsa package. with fast intake and 90tb lt's and no cats. also 150 shot for good mesure. 2000 coup 6spd. on ther website they said they put that cam on a stock motor so im asuming it will work with my stock heads also.(valve clearence) any info would be helpfull thanks.
