upgrading a six speed
I broke the output shaft/main shaft of my 6 speed in my 01 vette. I have purchased a replacement 6 speed from a 60k mile 98 vette. Ive also removed the modded engine and replaced it with a new stock engine. question I have is before I install it in the 01, what if any upgrades should I do to make it better or should I just bolt it in and go.
I think I read one time about steel shift forks or something of that nature from a 01 up vette.
