P0154 O2 Sensor CKT No Activity (Bank 2 Sensor 1)
In simplicity terms please...
I understand it has to do with gauging and reading the temp from the sensor through the wire but a little confused on how to approach it.

I guess the simplest term would be "it ain't workin'".
Not being a wise guy, but it means the O2 is not switching from rich to lean often enough. You need a new one. It's on the passenger side, the closest one to the engine. HTH
