Yes I know what a BOV sounds like. The reason I have the name GOTPSI is cause I have an 04 Cobra also and that is my tag and I also use it on the other forums. Its is only when you rev it up and let of the gas, like a blow off valve and the car drives fine. I did not know if these cars do this when you have a diff air intake.

These LS1/6 Have been know to make a whistling sound in the intake. My 03 does it at certain RPM,Engine loads,
