Default N20 technical questions

Im looking at hooking up a ZEX wet shot on a 2000 C5.
Have everything coming including a window switch.
What is still needed are the wires one uses to the throttle position sensor (TPS) and tach signal wire for the window controller (location/color).
Plus, anyone know what the sensor circled in red is for (see attached)
Can I use it for my jets?

Thanks to all!

Chris

The sensor is your IAT sensor, and you need it there.

Here are pinouts from the manual.

On the opposite side of the air bridge there should be a flat quarter size tooling mark that makes an excellent flat surface to mount the nozzel. Drill a hole in the center and then use the tap include in the kit to thread the hole for the nozzel. I mounted the nitrous management unit on the drivers just off the upper corner of the stock air box assy and ran the lines underneath the air bridge. Be careful when mounting the nitrous management unit on the radiator shroud if you go this route as the top of the AC condensor and radiator are directly behind. You also want to make sure that your position will alllow the hood to close properly.

Also, when hooking up the lines to the management unit be very careful not to rotate the fitings on the management unit as this could compromise the internal seals. Use one wrench to hold the fittings on the box stationary as you tighten the fitting on the line. Lessons learned (and paid for) from a do it your selfer! Good luck on the install
