These silly things dont light up. I tested power right into the plug that goes to the ballast. But no power comes out of the ballast. Am I missing something or are these things designed like those Hess toy trucks where you have to pull the tab of paper from the batteries so they work? Or perhaps through the ballast against the wall?
have you tried flipping the connector coming from the stock wiring harness? My kits required the connector to be plugged in backwards for lamps to ignite.....

I had the same problem. Wonder why they make them so the connector has to be put backward? I was on the phone to phone support and almost pulled them out before trying to change the connector to the backward looking way but then they worked. At least it CAN be placed backward.
Add me to the list. I installed my HIDs about two months ago, same problem. However, when I tried to pull the spade out of the connector, the spade stayed in and the wire can out...
I found a replacement connector with wires on fleabay, so I just spliced/soldered/wrapped the cables to the new connector...

That's the strangest working solution I've heard for the HID kits. But I suppose if it works it's a simple fix.

I remember reading that the foreign cars are wired the opposite of ours and they didn't reverse the wires for the one's sold in the US.
I had same problem with a set I bought off of ebay for my Jeep.
I got one of those pin picks and poped out the wires and reversed them.
Also had to reverse the wires on my Bro's FRC when changed the ballast. He has the not-mee HID set-up in his FRC.
