Default Got Some New LS6 heads..

I need some suggestions, should I get them a port and polish job? Should I get a thinner head gasket for more compression? If so, what size gasket and where to get them from? Or get some bigger valves? or should i just bolt them on and go with it. I have the following mods (see sig). Thanks everyone!
