MAFT Reliability and settings
For the 4 "toggles" I assume they all go off except for the limiter, which you turn on? Instructions don't really say what you are limiting...
Has ANYONE had a MAFT failure, and if so, what happened. I can't afford any reliability issues, but the product looks promising.

I think you leave everything off, I didn't touch any of the dip switches. It would be nice to know what you would be limiting though.
The thing isn't watertight, so don't place it anywhere where it will get it wet. Other than that, I haven't heard of any failures.

All Four DIP switches must be off for LS1 cars. This MAF Translator is also used on LT1 cars and that is where those DIP switches come into play. The MAFT can control timing on LT1 cars. I sure wish it could do it on ours that easily :)

If you have Verson 4.X or lower all the switches must be off.
If you have the newer 5.X version, there is one swtch that can be turned on.
The Vendor you bought yours from should know what that switch does.
