Woah, I would say spend some time researching combos in http://forums.corvetteforum.com/forumdisplay.php?f=6 .
If you do a mini tub, you should be able to fit a 345 in the rear with nothing beyond the fender lip.
If you go that route, you can go with 345/30/19's on the rear (19x12 rim) using the same EMT's on the Dodge Viper (and go with 275/35/18 on the front on an 18x9.5 rim).
Or you could abandon the run flats and still go w-i-d-e.
Lots of options. If you want CCW's, John will help point you in the right direction with both tire and wheel combos.
