Katech belt tensioner
Just bought one for my Z. A great product and great quality. It bolted right on but you will not get the belt on w/o damaging it or forcing it. Follow the instructions but add the following. Before bolting it on replace the upper mounting bolt with a smaller headed allen bolt. This allows the tensioner to go to full slack and allows you to get the belt on. (The stock bolt has too big a head on it to allow the tensioner to go to full slack). Also, put the belt on all the ribbed pulleys FIRST and then slip it over the smooth fixed idler last. If you don't do this you will damage the belt getting it on.
If you do this it will only take you about 15 minutes to install it instead of the hours it took me to figure it out and get the new bolts.
