CEL and P0803H and P1631H

CEL and P0803H and P1631H
I have a 2004 Z06 and just got a Check engine light today. Pulled two codes: P0803H and P1631H
Haven't done anything to the car lately. Only mods are ship shift installed (about 4 months ago), K&N filter, and Stainless Works Chambered exhaust with x-pipe.
What else do I need to check for the CEL? I already made sure the gas cap was on and I did not switch brands of fuel or octane levels.
Any help would be appreciated!

Pulled two codes: P0803H and P1631H
P1631 Theft Deterrent System Password Incorrect
Could have been caused by the skip shift eliminator,not sure but P0803 1-4 Upshift Solenoid Control Circuit (M/T) should not give check engine light.
They are not currently active because of the H following the code.
You need to clear them out. and see what comes back.
Also clean your keys for the code P1631 Theft Deterrent System Password Incorrect
