It's real easy XTrooper; just raise the headlights then turn the light switch to the "parking light " position, this will turn off the headlights but keep the "parking lights" on. Then remove the black plastic cover surronding the headlight (I think there is on screw on each side) being careful not to scratch the paint on the surrounding areas.
There is enough room then to put your hand in behind the headlight assembly and turn the bulbs about 1/8 of a turn to remove them. You'll have to also unplug each bulb from the electrical connection. Then reinsert the new bulbs and reconnect them and you're good to go. I've changed the bulbs on my C5 and all the bulbs were easy to remove but one, so if you run into one that's difficult to remove, just be patient and wiggle it around gently and it will eventually come out. :)
