I Over Rev The Engine Missing A Shift An Now Runs Rough. Have A Missfire In Cyliner 7 Ck. Spark Plugs An Wire Found It Is Fine.

Default Bent something?
Need to check for bent push rod,broke valve spring,bent valve or broke rocker arm. Compression test before you start would be good.

Someone else here just did the exact same thing a few weeks ago but I can't remember who it was at the moment.

Could be a bent push rod or a broken valve spring.. Both have happened due to missed shifts/over rev incidents.

I suggest a compression test on Cyl #7 and all others just for good measure.
