Question about specific performance mods
All, I am looking at possiblly buying a low mileage C5 with the following performance mods. Couple qusestions.
1.) What would these mods do to gas mileage if driven normally, mostly highway?
2.) Would this car still be able to run on normal high test gas?
3.) Running at 65 mph, any idea what this engine would be revving at?
4.) Any idea how much these mods cost including installation?

Performance mods are as follows:
Supercharged and Custom tuned,ATI ProCharger Polished Disc & Single Intercooler by East Coast Supercharging, Upgraded Injectors, Kooks
1 &7/8" Long Tube Headers & Kooks High Flow Cats X Pipe, Corsa Indy Pace Car Exhaust System, Super Yank 3500 Torque converter, 373 gears, LS1 Edit, Line Lock, Granatelli MAF,172 Degree Thermostat, MAT Sensor, Upgraded Highflow 2004 Corvette Fuel Pump, Work was proffessionally done by Vette Doctors and Vettech of Great Neck.

between 20-25 mpg on the highway. Too many factors to be more precise. Think more about just how much power it makes and how fast it is along with getting in the 20s for fuel mileage.
should be able to run 93 octane, but you need to know what the psi coming off the blower is at first.
I have no idea what those companies charge for labor but it wouldn't surprise me if it pushed 20k for everything.
If this car is that nice, the owner should be able to produce receipts showing you everything and know the exact answer to your questions. If you're looking at a dealership, I would be leary. I just don't like dealerships though simply because they are middle men and may not trully know anything about more about the car than what you do.
