Stupid question about adjustable master cylinder
Recently replaced the master/slave and on the master, its adjustible. On the master, natually it has a nut and thread so that you can adjust it, the only problem is everytime I push in the pedal, the spring for the pedal hits that nut. No big deal, but the noise kinda irritates me. Is there any way to fix that or do I just have to live with it? (other than puttin a stock master back in)

I have an adjustable master cylinder and just had it out for a rebuild a few weeks ago and the pedal helper spring is no where near the heim joint or jam nut. Just guessing but are you certain you have the spring oriented correctly? If the spring is on backwards a bind in the pedal can occur.
