I am a noob to cam specs. What kind of cam would these 2 be categorized? Mild? Aggressive?

2) 226/234/110 .578/.578

#1 - is small.

#2 - mild specs...but with the 110 LSA - the idle would be lopey

What do you plan to do with your vette? Mostly daily driver? future plans to do HPDE (road racing)? do you want "stock like" idle or do you want lope? do you want to keep your valvetrain stock? Lots of cam options. Tell us what your plans are and you'll get good feedback and recommendations. The one thing I learned about cams is go one bigger than you think you want. I've gone through 5 cams (2 when stock and 3 when I went to a 383 stroker). Good luck!

Mine is a street weekend car, but want it very reliable and driveable. Want some lope for sure (love that sound), but not too much where stalling is a problem. Since it is a street car i want the power to be useable for the street so more low/midrange compared to top end. What do you guys think?

The two cams that you mentioned are on the small side with the second being more mild. Any cam can be made streetable with a good tune by the way. It really depends on how wild you want to go and what your goals are as stated above. The lower in LSA you go the more lope you will get but overlap has a lot to do with it as well. You can always go with a BIG cam and compensate for the low-end loss of torque by adding gears and stall depending on if your an A4 or mn6.

I would suggest you read this to get a better understanding of cams and what all the numbers mean and such to help make your decision. Good Luck!
