HELP! Pilot bearing Destroyed

So i go to put my new textrailia twin disk in the other day, and I noticed that my pilot bearing was half missing???? So i thought, what the hell could of done this. Any ideas? how its possible? Also torque tube/ trans should i get them checked out?

Slop in the torque tube caused by bad/loose bushings would be my guess. Be sure t check out the shaft from the torque tube into the bushing for wear.

Maybe slop in the front bearings of the TT?

I had the same thing it was a bent input shaft off the tube. Make sure before you replace the tube the shaft is running true. It will save you a ton of troubles.
