I had this problem before on another GM car. It was in an accident and all the light pigtails/Harness ends were missing. I took a picture of the other side and went to the Salvage yard and found matches, (Since GM can only make so many variations of a harness)
Now and days you can go to Autozone and just by them there. They are out on the floor, and not behind the counter. I do not know if they have the specific harness end you are looking for, but I would not be suprised if they did.
Thanks for all the help. I found them at www.rallylights.com and ordered four of them as the shipping was the same as it would be for two. If they don`t fit when they arrive, I will persue the GM number.
I found the pigtail at Monument Car Parts a couple weeks ago when I was looking for the female side of the plug. It was the male end of the plug and about 8 inches of wire like described a couple posts above. I couldn't find the female side of the plug anywhere, not even at the Chevy dealer, unless I wanted to by the entire harness for $1100.00. Still confused about that one.
Some of the gm/delphi connectors are propietary and you can't buy them anywhere. One of these such connectors is the one that goes into the CAGS unit, I used to work at a company that bought a bunch of delphi connectors and I emailed the supplier the part number of the mating piece and was told that it is not sold anywhere.
Speed Trap, The Rally Light web site says they have the hard to find MALE plug for most FEMALE plugs. I like you would think of the plug on the light bulb as female. However, they must be refering to the brass part of the plug. While you and I are thinking about the plastic part of the plug. Shoot them an E-mail to be sure.

I was able to get some (set of four) of the female plug housings (plastic part) from the HID seller on flebay (nissangtrpower). They included the male end pigtail and wires too. Thought I'd put it out there just in case it’s of help to anyone. I used the female end housing to put the spades into when installing HID's (880 series) bulbs so that it plugged together like factory.
Here are some pics of what I got.
This is the plug housing itself:

They also included the male end and wiring (Pigtail), as seen in this pic:

The female end of the plug accepts the two spades or pins from the two wires that hang out the back side of the 880 series HID bulbs. The plug wouldn't latch due to the a nub on the male end of the factory fog light wiring harness blocking it, but it went on most of the way. I just wrapped the two with a piece of tape to keep it from ever popping off, which I don't think it really would. Using this plug housing seemed better than just sticking the spades or pin's into the factory male end of the plug and wrapping the devil out of it with electrical tape.
The only other thing you might want to get is the small silicone rubber watertight jackets that slip over the spades and slip into the plug base when you lock the spades into the female plug. Here is a pic or two of what I'm referring to. I got these at a local auto parts store, family owned, not a chain store, but I found that the Chevy dealer had them as well. Here's the pic of the jacket or seals (the little gray things):
