I have recently been plagued with terrible wind noise on the top rear corner of my passenger window. At 65+ it sounds like a tornado is in the car. I recently experienced a leak on that side and adjusted the window in as far as it would go. It barely moved but did seal off the leak. What more can I do short of taking it to a shop.
Have you checked the whole window glass to make sure it is centered front-to-back in the opening and it matches the other side?
I may not be just the "tip-in" but also the position of the glass front to back.
You might also look to see if the upper edge is seating up under the lip along the top of the glass. You may need to raise the glass in the window regulator brackets or adjust the jack screws that control where the window stops in the up position.

Does anyonw have a how-to on changing the window position from front to back. Also what does moving the blow-out clip back do?
To change the position of the glass front to back, you have to remove the door panel. The glass is held in the window regulator assembly by a rubber lined clamp on the bottom edge of front and rear of the glass. With the window in the up position, there are access holes to the bolts that clamp the glass. You have to loosen the bolts, then slide the glass forward or backward and tighten the bolts back.
It may help to have someone help you center the glass from the outside, while you sit inside with the door closed to tighten the clamp bolts.
The clamps are also slotted to allow you to make major adjustments to the window glass position in the up or down direction. There are jack screws on the side of each clamp assembly for fine tuning the up position of the glass. I think you can adjust the jack screws through access holds along the bottom of the door without removing the door panel. For major adjustments, you have to remove the door panel and access the clamp bolts.

If you recently removed the top, check to see if the top gaskets are seated correctly in the upper rear corner of the window. There is a lip that needs to be seated over the gasket on the body post, you can gently pull up the tip and don't even have to undo any latches. I had the same problem on the Kerbeck's Toys for Tots run. I put on the top(the '01 is garaged) for the run and had the same noise problem. Should be a quick fix.
DId you have the top off fairly recently? I had the same wind noise in the same place. Check to make sure that you did not pinch the weatherstriping when you put the top on last. Don't ask how I know.
