I recently got a PROgram piggyback computer put in and after install, I brought it to a tuner and proceeded to Dyno tune. At WOT "Reduce Engine Power " code came up and code P0102 (Low voltage frequency to MAF) showed up. Initially thought it was a bad splice from computer to PROgram harness and MAF. Replaced wire. No luck! Replaced MAF and checked all connections from air intake to throttle body-same code.
Good voltage all the way to the MAF. Tuner stated that at original install, brown ground wire to computer was tapped into a power line receiving 10 volts to ground of MAF. I am stuck! Is computer fried? Any help would be appreciated.
Re: Help on "Check Engine Light!" Code P0102 (NetJunkie)
i would try (if possible) to disconnect the piggy back computer or at least cut the power to it somehow. what did you install? was it a maft?or just a monitoring type thing like autotap? i'm not very knowledgable when it comes to wiring stuff. just givin ya some ideas. hope you figure it out. i noticed you were hooking up NOS too. if you wired any of the controls for the juice into the car this obviously could be the problem. are you gettin this code all the time or when you spray it? later dude....Brad
