My clutch only sticks when I leave the car for any lengthy period of time, when I get back the clutch feels fine until I put it in gear and then it gets stuck at the bottom. Once I finally get it back up and pump it a few times she is good to go for the rest of the drive. Feels like its getting stuck right before it comes completly up and sometimes "pops" the rest of the way up. The clutch does not stick during hard acceleration. Has anyone experienced this?

Is the clutch OEM? I've had a couple problems with my Z06 clutch. You could try and bleed the slave cylinder but it is a pain in the ***. If it was me I would save money pennies and replace the clutch and hydralics system completly. I've done the clutch work in my Z twice and it is not that bad if you don't have headers. Goodluck .
My slave cylinder is going out and that's how it acts when the fluid is low, check that. You can search the forum, there is a 'protocol' to change the fluid from the master and you don't take the car apart.
Basically you get a turkey baster and suck out the resivoir and wipe the crud out. Then fill with fresh fluid and pump the clutch pedal [8,10,25,100,your number here] times. Do this at least five but maybe as many as twenty times and *most* of the bad fluid from your slave should be gone.
