Hello everyone,


I have a problem.... about a month ago I went to the local dealer with a tear in my rear drivers side window molding extending to the top rear of the coupe targa molding. I felt the wind at my side and brought it in under warranty.

Well I am on my third trip to the dealer to fix it.. The first time they really messed it up and it looked terrible and I caught it in the first seconds to schedule a redo. I brought it back yest and although it looks better it is still obvious to me of the noise and the wind at the back of my neck. So bad I have a stiff neck from it.

I called the service manager who is about 4'11" and he told me he drove the car yesterday with no problems. He told me I have to wait for the regional GM Rep to come because there is nothing else he can do. He did not feel the air.. Maybe because he sits right in front of the steering wheel. I feel it and am beginning to loose my cool..

Does anyone know if you can change the pitch on the window glass to better tighten it up? I know the molding goes on before the door soo there must be some adjustment..

Help if you can.. any info would be helpful..

You can adjust the window tip in. Do a search, I know there are instructions on it.

Ditto. The only trick to it is finding the necessary reverse torx socket.
