Default Removing panel behind knee bolster

I'm doing a steering position sensor swap but ran into a problem. The panel behind the knee bolster (it has the footwell lights in it) will not come out. There is some type of fastener at the back, silver in color, that will not come loose. I already have the front two detached. Is the back one just a push pin? I've put quite a bit of force on it but I'm afraid I'll break the panel. Is this just held in with friction and I just need to pull harder? Any tips will be greatly appreciated. I need to get this done today, I'm putting the car on the dyno Sunday.

If they are the ones I'm thinking about then yes, they just push into a socket. They fit in there pretty tight and when I took mine out they got chewed up pretty good because they are kind of a one way pin. They locked back in pretty good but I might still replace them someday.
