After the original tune, I had the car brought back in to correct the rough idle. I was told the fuel system was the cause. I replaced the stock injectors with Lucas 32 lb injectors. Still rough idle. At the time of the tune, the plugs and wires were nearly brand new.
The last tune I have on your car is for stock injectors. Bigger injectors with no tune will cause the car to run rich enough to develop another misfire. Bring it by for a retune and some new spark plugs. That should get you fixed up.
That looks like some damn good customer service to me. Maybe you vented a little early?
If you installed 32# (actually 37# at 58 psi) injectors without changing it in the tune, I don't see how you keep plugs in it. Your stock injectors were 28.8#s and the PCM thinks they still are. Lotsa black smoke?
For the record, I will officially retract my venting for the time being. Whatever poor customer relations I experienced during my first 2 visits has most likely been corrected. I will update this thread in roughly a week after the re-tune hopefully with good news.
For some reason, my car has reacted well to the 32's No black smoke, no engine codes, rather strange if you asked me, however i'm sure a re-tune will maximize their potential. The actual reason for getting them was a diagnosis of a bad fuel injector. A Single OEM replacment was nearly $200 and I was able to buy a complete set of 32's from a forum member for a little over $100.

Met with Chuck for the Re-tune. All problems have been corrected and the customer service was admirable. We are now on good terms and I may even be able to help him with his audio system.
For those of you wondering, the 32lb injectors were running the car rich, but the aftermarket MAF sensor housing was causing it to run lean... it ended up sort of balancing out....

For sure man, I'm going to want that wire we were talkin about, and probably some other things. PM me the name of the place you said to call for an alternator. I couldn't find them online.
