EHS...............I wasn't the least bit offended :) I was just trying to shed some light on the subject. I figured by now, most on the Forum have seen my handy work as far as the Piaa's were concerned, especially an old timer like yourself ;)
Jim 47: Great tip on an alternative to the Euro headlights. I have the Euros but didn't pick up on the "legality" issue until after I installed them. Just went through PA inspection so I had to put the stock units back to pass. I'm getting real good at swapping lenses, but it's still a PITA. Will give your way a try. Many thanks.
On my PIAA 1100x there is an allen screw on the side of the light which allows me to adjust up/down. No need for side to side adjustments. Doesn't everyone have this? Maybe guys aren't aware of this, but its definitely there!
EHS mentioned the 885 bulbs for the fog lamps...where do I get them,is that the part number and is it an improvement over the current fogs or should I spend the $$$ on PIAA DRIVING(?) lamps(do they replace the fogs)

That's the number. Any auto parts store (Carquest, Pep Boys, NAPA, etc.) should have them for about $8.00 each. 50 watts compared to the stock 37 watts. The PIAA 1000x are 55 watts, Euro OEM fog lights go to 85 watts.
Just open the hood, reach in to replace. Takes 2 minutes. Then at night park 25 feet from a wall, turn on the low beams, and crank the fog lights sharp cutoff up to a line just at the lower edge of the low beam main pattern.
