Go to the controls for your DIC.Hold down the option button and press the fuel button 4 times,it will give you a list of codes, wait till its all done and then hit reset, then you can scholl using option or trip to manually see your codes, don't worry about what codes are showing yet, just hold the reset down until they clear, remember there are 6-7 different ones you need to check,if you still have a problem then you will need to write down what codes are showing and get back on here and start looking and asking.Good luck.

you probably soaked down one or more of the coil packs. They sometimes crack if the car was hot before you washed it. Check spark at each plug to find it, if that is it. I have repaired cars that had this issue..(although not a Corvette) I have also had them get better after they dry out.

able to read codes in dic? Every time I get a reduced eng power tuning, I just rewrite the pcm. If you have tuning software, this is one way then once running you can diagnose if anything is "wet"

I did the same thing right after I bought my Z. Give it a few days to dry out and you'll probably be fine.
