Well Im about to pull the trigger on these. I just want ask a few questions first. I have a A-4 all stock but the stock exhaust is just to quiet. I love the way the bullits sound on a stock vette. First question is how bad is the drone in an auto with the windows up? I dont mind some I just dont want my ears ringing at the end of a 100 mile trip. Ive read in past posts there were some quality issues were they taken care of in a reasonable manner. Also if any of you have sound bites from a set on a-4 that would be cool too. Thanks in advanc..........

Loved 'em on my stock a4. Still loved 'em with a blower and the cats removed, but that made it a little too much for road trips, and drowned out the blower, so I switched to A&A modded z06 Ti.
They're great on a stocker. The people who can't handle it have issues, I'm kind pf picky and was worried before I pulled the trigger but was so happy I ignored the whiners.
I've been to events and met some, they usually switch to something like Corsas which still sound no more ferocious than a Toyota Camry, muck like the stock cat-back.

They also protect your bumper, the tips stick out a little. Someone hit me soon after I got them and fubared one of the tips. Car was spared because of that, and B&B sent me a new side dirt cheap, so happy with the customer service for sure.
Thanks will82, Ive been drivin muscle cars all my life and have always used flowmasters or somthing similar. I ve listened to quite a few sound clips of the BBs and couldnt figure out what everybody was whining about myself. They have the muscle car idle and the spots car scream. I orderd a set from COH very good price and free shipping to.......
I have had BB Bullits on my '98 A4 coupe for about a year and a half now. They drone a lot at certain RPMs and it can be very annoying at time. I have since installed LG headers and no cats and it sounds like a race car, which is cool, but it makes long trips difficult. I also just recently installed a 3.42:1 differential and now the car does not drone very much at cruising speeds due to the higher RPM being out of the "drone zone". Enjoy your catbacks, they definitely attract attention.
