electrical nightmare

ok so i have a 99 frc the problems originally started with the pass window not goin down/up sometimes then it progressed to check tire press system, check traction, now ill be driving and the window will stop working, the door speaker will go out the the radio all my gauges and it'll pop up service tract, service tire press , low fuel, the security light comes on and reduced engine power. i checked cleaned and put dielectric grease on the to engine bay and the door jam grounds. it stopped for about a month, then started up again last night. any ideas sometimes when i hit bumps in the road everything will just go back to normal.

Check the connectors at the hinge areas in BOTH doors. And recheck the grounds. Take each of them apart, clean & inspect them PROPERLY. This will go a long way in heading off future electrical issues.

This thread is a sticky at the top of C5 Tech. Read it - it is long but is a must read. You will learn proper connector inspection/repair. Just because an electrical connector LOOKS good does not always mean it is making a good connection.

Looks like the classic open wire in Bill Curlees sticky to me. Those are the same symptoms. Let us know what you find.

thank you timemender that was what was happeneing the wire on the pass side was showing i pulled the drivers side one and tapped it up just incase it ever came out
