Default O E Wheels (brand) product experience???

I have been looking for a set of solid black wheels for my '99. I have been looking for the 2008 Zo6 split spoke style. Well I found the exact ones I want at O E Wheels. It is apparently an ebay store. Athough they are the style I want I am a little worried. The price is $399.00 for all four wheels. That just seems really cheap. I love getting a deal but I do not want a deal on junk. Has any one had experience with the products sold at O E Wheels? What do you think of them?

Thanks for the input!

Dan

I sent a message to the seller about the product yesterday. i have not heard back yet. The description says that they are new and made from 'virgin' aluminum......what ever that means!

Sounds too good to be true? The Virgin part is promising though...

I posted a question about them as well. Mostly good responses. They had a wheel that I wanted but the size was slightly off. I went with a set of wheels made by factory reproduction in Calif. Here is the thread

I'm running a set of GS repos from OE Wheels (out of FL, right?) for my autocross and DE fun. The wheels are heavier than OEM wheels, but straight and strong enough for my needs. Kinda a straight-on shot, but my sig picture shows them at work.

HTH, and have a good one,
Mike
