Shocks & Sway Bars
If I install the HAL C-Series C5 Shocks, do I have to upgrade the sway bars? I have an A4 with the standard suspension package.
Any comments on the Hotchkis C5 Performance Sway bars?

I don't know why you would have to, but if your going to drop the $ for the HAL's I would upgrade the sway bars at the same time. I'm going to guess (since your going with HAL) that handling is more important to you than ride quality. If that is the case I would go with the T1 bars.

I have the hotchkis swaybars on my 01 and I love them. Throw the stock bars out! wait till you take them off they are so chessey. I have also heard good things about the T1 bars but i did not want to spend that much cash on them, so i went with the hotchkis. the hotchkis are well built and the end links are really nice. the only thing i can say is that the directions that come with them were a little off, but the installation instructions on their web site are correct so use the one from the website.

Thanks for the input 99 Corvette.
I like the HAL's because they are adjustable without requiring you to take them off the car. I drag race often, but at the same time I use the car for every day driving.
