Yeah, the rear is easy enough to adjust you can do it with the car on the ground.
Obviously there will be a little more tension on the adjusting bolts/nuts since the weight of the car is on it...but I've done some fine adjustments on the rear several times without jacking the car up.

dont really recomend ajusting the back with the car on the ground... ive lowered alot of c5's and ur def more acurate if the car is up and the rims are off plus if the car is real low ur def going to have a hard time with it on the ground....
