Sometimes those are reusable if not damaged. But if needed, GM dealer is it. I tried Autozone and a Advance and had no luck. Maybe Napa or carquest might be different

Default GM Part #

The GM pn # is 10276792.

I've reused them a few times with no problems.

Someone (don't recall who) posted on here a while back that they are available at Autozone and posted a picture of the package with the numbers on it. I grabbed a copy of the picture for future reference. I haven't tried these so cannot vouch for them personally.

That was my original post. Ii have been able to get them at both Autozone and Advance Auto
The first set was on my wife's '01 for 16K miles
I put on a new set when I installed headers. they have now been on for 13 K miles
At $0.65 per gasket I thought I could splurge

Not to dredge up and old thread, but I found something strange about this gasket:

Once you have selected your make/model as corvette at autozone online

If you search for "exhaust gasket" or "exhaust flange gasket" at autozone, it won't show up, but if you put in part number 9547 it will show up as "exhaust flange gasket" 2 required, fits corvette.

Same at advance auto parts.

Strange. They are now 99 cents @ my local autozone, and 1.94 at advance auto parts.

And they say things have only gone up 5-10%. That's 30%! and 130%!

Edit--- One more thing:
These gaskets worked, it wasn't a perfect fit like stock gaskets, but they did work.

They might work, but I just ordered a set based on this thread and the hole in the gasket is only 2.25". That'll make a pretty nice restriction in your exhaust. Won't be going on my car.
