Just my opinion... Please don't ruin your car with this.. I never thought the C5 community would be infected with these ricer products.. God please save us. Its your car so feel free to do what makes you happy.. I've got some 24'' rims, 5 inch lift kit , curb feelers and some red fur on the dashboard. I also replaced the engine with a 4 cylinder (2.0 litre) out of a toyota camry... Those are my mods

they answered the question and this is what they said

Yes it was a nice looking piece, it's a shame they never made it. Maybe you could get mould and have someone like ACP produce it.

Looks like a Tiger Shark rear bumper cover. Saw one at MTI last week when my 97 got a heart transplant. Ive seen them on ebay. Its a whole bumper cover with a slight elevation at the top. Very subtle. Looked nice.

TigerShark rear fascia does not look anything like this one. It's a custom.
I have a custom one on mine from ACP which I really like, here's a picture. What's nice about the one I got from ACP is I don't have to change my exhaust, license plate or rear lights.
