Default Hatch Ajar When Stopping
I keep getting the message that the hatch is ajar on my 98 coupe. It happens every time I come to a stop or slow down quickly. The hatch is clearly not open. Does anyone know how to fix this? or where to start?

Look in the holes where the hatch hatches in. Are one of the hinge thingys broken?

no.. there are 2 levers in the holes which both work fine, and when i put my fingers in both the holes and push down on the levers, the car reads the hatch as being closed.
