Default C5 exhaust question

I am installing an exhaust system on a C5 coupe. It will be from the rear flange (in front of the rear end) back. I have heard the sway bar has to be dropped to remove th original pipes. Also have heard that the rear cradel has to be dropped. Can anyone verify this? Thanks for your help.

The rear cradle does not have to be dropped. The rear sway is unbolted from the cradle only and swung down out of the way. The bottom of the rear end needs to be about 36" off the ground to get the system out in one piece though. If you have access to a lift, its about a 30 minute job.
