Default Nitrous intake manifold

I want to run a nitrous system. 75-100 wet. I don't want to take my chances with the oem manifold. Should I go BBK SSI or FAST. Kinda skeptical on plastic manifolds and nitrous. Don't want to do the Typhoon.

A 75-100 shot isnt going to hurt anything at all. I run a 100 wet shot and I am uping it to 125 before my next tune. Just get the saftey stuff to go along with your kit and you will be fine

If you have a nitrous backfire... something bad is going to come from it reguardless. Either intake would have to be replaced and probaby the hood also. LOL

Great reason to run a DRY kit. Only way to go under 225 shot, IMO. Over that should be direct port. Screw running fuel through the intake manifold!

If you go with the FAST, buy the burst panel kit and you'll be okay. With the burst panel kit you only have to replace the panels, which is a small price to pay versus replacing the intake.

I have been running a 75-125 shot all year, backed it down because winter is here and no need to race (track closed). have had no problems running a ZEX wet kit up to 125 all year.

It's cheaper to just buy my LS1 manifold as a spare
