At the top of the passenger footwell pull the carpeted plate out. In the upper left corner you will see a connector with three wires that are not terminated. It will be near the body controle module (BCM) and above the two white diagnostic connectors.
The orange wire connects to battery power, the yellow wire connects to ignition power (which is what you are after) and the black wire is ground.
Each power lead can handle up to but no more than 15 amps.
Under the steering colum there is a large pink wire closest to the transmission.
In the passenger foot well, at the very top and to the left, there is a 3 wire pigtail that dead ends. If memory serves me right the orange wire is constant and the yellow is switched.
In the engine bay, under the fuse panel, you can tap into the large grey wire right at about the center of the panel. This is switched power.
