C5 Trans Serivce
I've read the owner’s manual cover to cover and I can't find any Trans service schedule. Am I missing something?

2004 manual says to change A4 fluid and filter at 50,000 and 100,000 mile interval for normal service. Change more often under severe service.

When is the reccomended time to change manual fluid and is it something hard to do or is it best to have stealership do it?

My suggestion is to get the trans serviced more often.
I had the pan dropped, filter changed, and 4/5 qts of ATF installed one year.
And the next, took coupe to Chevy dealer for the "flush and fill" will is designed to replace all the ATF. Cost = $119.
And, A&A Corvette installed a B&M flat plate aux. trans. cooler, which I think is necessary with an A4 in central California in the summer.
