My driver's side lock will unlock with the FOB and unlock with the button on the door, but won't lock with the FOB/ will lock with the button on door. Passenger side works perfectly. Any Ideas??

I believe you are having problems with your driver's side Door Control
Module, possibly a burnt relay do a search I know others have had this
problem

Here's another, very good, fix description:
http://forums.corvetteforum.com/show....php?t=1606865

I used this one to fix my driver's side door lock problem.
The main problem I had was getting the old relay off the board. Guess my solder removal tool is getting old - time to get a new one. Anyway, while I was in there I replaced the other one too. It was easier to get off while I had the end one out. Since the relay's are so cheap, I ordered 4. Now when the passenger side goes out I'm ready.

Just one question before you dive in - does the interior lock
move when you use the key fob, and just not engage?
In that case, your problem may be mechanical, and not electrical.
(Bent linkage rod in the door)

If the interior lock doesn't move, then one of the above methods
probably is appropriate.

This is the next project on my list. My lock twitches when commanded to lock but does not fully engage periodically. Un-lock works fine.

It can be
1. a bad or corroded connctor in the DCM
2. a bad board in the DCM
3. a burnt relay
4. a loss or damaged wire
5. a bad ground.

the links address the relay issue

The Interior lock does not move. The only way to lock the interior lock is manually. It is very easy when I push it. No drag or catching whatsoever.

I did misquote on my original statement. If I use the button on the door it still won't lock. It only locks if I push it manually.

Thanks again for the information from all.

I have a spare Digikey relay for the doorlock if you need it.
No charge!

if it does not work with the fob or the door button check your fuses. If the fuse is good then the suspect is the lock actuator.
