I have searched and read everything I can find on turbos here in the forum and else ware. I have decided on and purchased STS for my stock C5. It is a driver and sometimes quarter miler (low 13s). The install will include several dino tunes to get it set up to my liking. I am planning on running 5 and 10 on the bost. I am looking for first hand experiences from the readers of this forum.
Thanks in advance, cappo

I was in a C6 with the STS system at 8 PSI and the boost seem to come on perfectly in tune with the shifts, awesome sound inside and outside the car, and when He (owner of the C6) and I and some other vette owners decided to crash some ricer meet every head in the place turned when they heard the BOV on his C6. He had an inercooler on his set up and the BOV just before the MAFS. My seat of the pants feeling on the car was Holy crap, the boost came on like a sledgehammer seemed to slacken a tiny bit just before the rev limiter.
The Turbo look really menacing on the back side of the car.
I'm at 7 - 7.5 PSI right now on stock 2000 LS1 with 42 lb injectors. Talked to STS tech about more and decided to enjoy the craziness at current boost, and it is absolutely CRAZY!!! To go further on stock would require Meth, 60lb, pump, more thorough tune, to be as safe as possible. Not worth it to be on the ragged edge for me. When I go to 10 psi or more I will do the above with a forged engine so that it is built and engineered for the higher stress levels.
I agree with Nightmare, you might get more responses on the F/I forum.. I JUST had turbos installed on my car, picked the car up on Thursday and have only put about 140miles on it.. Car is an absolute beast and with the LS6 motor it made 564rwhp and 490ft-lbs.. I had just a few chances to do 3rd -4th gear pulls and the first time I did it I scared myself.. I think I'll still do that anyway..
I had ECS do the install & tune for me and they did an amazing job.. Below 3,000rpms the car is practically stock except for the noise, its loud without the exhaust back there.. I typically drive under 2500rpms around Town so it works.. My boost gauge isn't installed yet (thats todays mission) so I can't tell you how much I make boost where but once I get some more seat time I'll be sure to prepare a detailed post..
I do think Dougs post regarding turbos sums it up fairly well.. If you have never driven a turbo car, you need to.. They're are totally different beasts.. Ive had a turbo car before this and had some expectations which ECS exceeded.. The car turned out far better than I expected..
